Sculpture

I’ve always collected things, both organic matter and synthetic objects. I used to photograph them and try to paint them, but eventually I started experimenting with my gathered objects by combining them into small sculptures. Then they grew larger.

I strive to use secondhand, found or discarded materials whenever possible. Sculpture provides me an avenue to draw from the waste stream of consumerism.
